At the Diner!

Hi all!

Here we are, half-way through another working week!  I'm looking forward to this weekend as my husband and I are going away down to the Sunshine Coast, we're staying at a resort at Coolum Beach in Queensland on the Saturday night.  Hopefully we might go for a swim, go for a walk along the beach and go out for dinner somewhere.  It's always good to get away now and then!
For this blog post I'm reviewing this adorable dress by Australian vintage inspired clothing company Sarsparilly this dress is called Maria Dress in blue, it's from the Sugar Rush Collection
As well as the blue colourway there is also a pink and yellow to choose from.  I'm wearing a size 2XL and this dress fits very comfortably on me.  Only tiny downside was that the sleeves are a little tight for my bigger size arms. Lucky there is a button on each arm sleeve that I was able to undo for more comfort and room for my arms.
If you're on a tight budget, these dresses are somewhat expensive.  Although if you live in Australia, there is the option of using Afterpay, to help you pay of the dress.  I was kindly offered a special discounted price, to wear, own and review this amazing dress for my blog.  By the lovely Maria Murphy, whom is the head designer and owner of this amazing brand Sarsparilly.
I just love this blue colour and how cute this dress is!  My favourite features is the neck bow-tie, the puffed sleeves and the cute heart shaped buttons, on the sleeves and down the front.  It also comes with a matching fabric belt, has hidden side pockets and a full gathered skirt.
There is a side zip to get in and out of as well. The material is a medium weight cotton that has some stretch to it.
This is actually my first dress that I've owned by Sarsparilly and I absolutely love it!  You never know I may just feature and review another dress by this company sometime in the near future.
Accessories Include:

These blog photos we're photographed by my loving husband at a local 1950's style diner in Maryborough, Queensland called Happy Days Diner
The owners kindly allowed me to use their diner for a mini photoshoot for my blog, as I knew it would be the perfect backdrop setting for this stunning dress.
I've been to this awesome diner now a few times and I absolutely love it! The food is amazing and the 1950's décor is so cool!  I highly recommend anyone to visit, have a bite to eat and even a milkshake at Happy Days Diner in Maryborough, Queensland.

Until next time!
