Hi all!
My husband and I had a lovely weekend away at Coolum Beach in Queensland. We checked out the beach, enjoyed a lovely spa bath together, went for a walk and my husband took some photos of me for an upcoming blog post!
This weekend, we will probably have a quiet one. We need to our grocery shopping and will have to probably clean up our unit again.
For this week's blog post I'm reviewing this gorgeous dress by Australian vintage inspired clothing company Retrospec'd
It's called Evita Japanese Garden, sizes range from 6 up to 18 with many sizes still available to purchase. I'm wearing a size 16 and it fits quite well on me, it fits well around the waist and has a lot of room around the bust area, it's very comfortable to wear. Just follow the size guide on each garment piece through the Retrospec'd website to get the best fit for you.
I was able to purchase this dress for a great "sale" price and pay by using Afterpay.
This stunning dress is a 1940's inspired style and I adore the shirt style with patch pockets on the bodice. The skirt is A-lined and is panelled for easy movement whilst walking or taking a easy stroll.
Other great features is that it comes with a matching fabric belt and has side seamed pockets. There is also a side zipper to get in and out of.
The fabric is 100% rayon and I just love the Japanese garden print and the exquisite colours.
Accessories Include:
Boater Hat by Morgan and Taylor
Bangles and Earrings by Splendette
Blue Flats by Bettie Page Footwear and ordered via Atomic Cherry
These blog photos we're shoot by my amazing husband at the Bundaberg Botanic Gardens, specifically the Chinese and Japanese gardens.
I do love to find perfect locations that will match my outfit and blog photos, sometimes it can be quite the challenge, especially where I live as I can sometimes run out of new locations to do mini photoshoots for my blog. I'm lucky that my husband is very supportive and enjoys taking my outfit photos for me.
Until next time!
