Hell Bunny Part 1

This post is about my review on the vintage reproduction clothing brand called "Hell Bunny."

"Hell Bunny" are based in the UK and mainly sell rockabilly/pinup/vintage style dresses, skirts, tops/blouses, petticoats, shorts, pants, cardigans, jackets and accessories. This brand is quite popular with ladies that wear rockabilly/pinup/50's fashions!
"Hell Bunny" don't have their own website but you can find all their clothing in just about any alternative/rockabilly/pinup store, or on ebay.

For Christmas (2013) my Mum bought me my first "Hell Bunny" dress. From a local clothing boutique (my favourite) called "Cherry Tree Lane Fashion", which you can find on facebook, look it up!

This is the (Vera) dress I received for Christmas.

I do really love this dress, only thing it's a little big in the chest area, as it's a one size too big, but I still enjoy wearing this beautiful dress.
I love the design, purple color and the poker-dots on this swing - dress.
The actual name of the dress is called "Vera".

Here is myself personally styling "The Vera dress".

The next dress I bought myself was from an Australian online boutique called "Atomic Cherry". http://www.atomiccherry.com.au/
At the time this online boutique was having a sale on "Hell Bunny" clothing. So I bought myself a awesome dress called "The day of the dead, Mexico 50's dress".

I really love this colorful print.

I just love the print, colors and design of this swing-dress.
Once again this dress was somewhat big in the chest area, because of the elasticated panels on the back.
My Mum kindly altered the top section for me, so it would be a better fit and look.

Here I am styling this gorgeous dress.
About six months ago I bought myself a swing-skirt from another Australian online boutique called Ruff-n-ready. http://www.ruffnready.com.au/
This skirt is called "candy floral circle skirt", you can purchase this skirt in a lot of colors (pink, blue, black, yellow) but I decided on the red one.
This is the lovely skirt.

I love the Hawaiian/tropical look and style of this skirt. It's a great skirt for the warmer months. This skirt fits quite well on me.
I have found with the different colors in this skirt, I can wear quite a number of tops/tees/blouses with it!

Here I am wearing two different tees with this skirt.
"Hell Bunny" clothing retail from low to medium prices usually ranging from $40.00 - $90.00. Just depending on where you buy from and if any boutiques are having a sale on this brand at the time!

"Hell Bunny" clothing is off a very good quality and they offer many fabric prints and colors. They also offer many styles and designs on their 50's reproduction clothing!
If you go by their actual measurements, their clothing does run true to size. Only the two halter dresses I own, as I stated above were a bit big for me in the chest area.

In the next week or so I will continue with my Hell Bunny blog post, as I actually own a couple of other dresses from this popular brand!

Until next time!

  1. That red skirt of yours is my favorite of your Hell Bunny collection! I also think it's awesome that you included that they don't have an official website, that way anyone who is new to the brand that you're introducing HB to doesn't have to fruitlessly search for it! (That was so me earlier this year haha)

    1. Lauren, yes I've done that too, gone searching for their website and couldn't find one! I don't know why they don't have their own website - being such a popular repro brand of rockabilly/pinup fashion!
