Hi everyone!
How's your week been so far?
I've had a busy work at week, as my colleague has been of from work due to being unwell. I have also been trying to sell more of my vintage inspired clothing and accessories, I don't wear anymore through facebook buy/swap/sell groups!
What are you're plans for this coming weekend? My husband and I have grocery shopping to do this weekend...Yuk!! I don't like grocery shopping one bit, but it's something that has to be done. I don't know as of yet what else I'll be doing this weekend.
I'm very excited for Erstwilders new care bear release range next week, I hope to buy a couple of pieces. I love care bears I still have my original 80's friend bear.
This week I'm featuring this gorgeous dress by UK brand Collectif it's called the Demira Daisy Gingham Dress.
I just love the blue gingham print and the little white and yellow Daisy's over this dress, it's so cute! I have worn this dress a couple of times now and I have found it so comfortable to wear throughout the day. I purchased this dress through Australian online company Gwynnies through Afterpay! I believe there are a few sizes left to purchase. The Collectif website have now sold out of this particular dress.
I'm wearing a size 18, it's a little loose between the bust and the waist, but I prefer that, then it being to tight and uncomfortable.
Other features to this dress is the cute elasticated puff sleeves, this fits my arms perfectly. It has a covered zip down the back to get in and out of and a V shaped back neckline. It also has hidden pockets! You could wear a petticoat underneath the gathered skirt, but I choose not to for these photos. Actually I usually only wear petticoats for pinup events and pageants, not for everyday wear.
The material is 97% cotton and 3% spandex. I love that I can accessorize with blue, white and yellow!
Accessories Include:
White Hairflowers from Shazam Pinup Hair Flowers
Daisy Brooch by Erstwilder
Earrings and Bangles by Splendette
White Handbag by Pinup Girl Clothing
White Shoes by Bettie Page Shoes ordered through Nicole Jade Boutique
There photos we're taken by my supportive husband at a couples private gardens called Yengarie Gallery and Gardens these private gardens are absolutely amazing, with so many different plants, flowers and scenery to look at and admire. Plus so many backdrops for photos, I hope to visit their again soon!
Have a great weekend and take care.
Until next time!
Miss Milla Cherry xo
